Rosario Clinton is a native of Co. Cork & coming from a large family of dancers she was surrounded by music song & dance all of my life. She has been dancing since she was four years old & studied different types of Irish dance. She was a founder member of The Irish Club of Brussels Set dancers in 1986 and she continued to dance there and served as an adjudicator of the Irish dancing competitions until returning to Ireland in 2005.
Since returning to Ireland she has been teaching many different types of Irish dance including Set dancing as part of the curriculum in different schools throughout the years and teaches Sean-nós and Brush Dance to adults & children in Comhaltas Mullingar & also in Athboy Co. Meath preparing them for competition when necessary.
She gives workshops in Ireland & abroad. She has also served as one of a panel of three judges for the All Ireland Sean-nós Dance Festivals in Athboy Co. Meath.
